It is, after all, possible to have too much fun, which is why you may want to consider setting aside some time on your trip to balance yourself, if only so you can enjoy to the fullest everything the town has to offer.
One great way to set your sail aright and ready yourself for more pleasure is to stop in for a class or some workout time at one of the town’s many fitness centers.
Provincetown is home to two great gyms – Provincetown Gym and Mussel Beach Health Club – both of which offer daily, weekly and monthly passes for visitors. Pilates, step, spin and yoga classes are also available, along with cardio equipment, free weights and machines.
For yoga lovers, there are also a number of other options.
Yoga East has three to four classes every day of the week, spanning levels from “Absolute Beginner” to intermediate and advanced.
There are also may personal trainers in town, who can get you back into tiptop shape in no time for another day, and night, on the town.
To find out more about trainers, classes, gyms and more ways you can stay centered while on your vacation, check out Provincetown.com’s listings at the top of this Web page.
