Adam Peck strips it down to only what is necessary to tempt the imagination of the viewer. In oil and pigmented resin, lines become beaches, a thin wedge of blue vast inviting sea. And the moon, always tugging at the ocean in a game neither can fully win. We are onlookers here for a while. They are here forever. For the moment they are ours. |
