Provincetown is like a lover you just can’t forget. Once you’ve been here, you’ll want to come back again and again. And, for many, once they’ve been here, they simply want to stay.

Many of the people who choose to follow this desire to its end, decide the best way to do so is to become one of the town’s many small business owners.
And among these, while there are many whose previous experiences give them insight into what it will mean to be a seasonal business owner, there are also many others who are setting out on a truly new adventure.
In any case, the Outer Cape community offers many resources to help new and existing business owners find success.
There are two business chambers in town – the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce and the Provincetown Business Guild – both of which offer support and networking opportunities for local businesses.
In Provincetown.com’s Business Directory, you will also find listings information for many local businesses that serve other businesses, from accountants to consultants, to printers and Web site designers.
In addition, the Lower Cape Cod Community Development Corporation offers year-round small business programs, including seminars, one-on-one business support, micro-loans and technology advice. The CDC also presents a weekly radio talk show on Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. on WOMR (92.1 FM), which focuses on the unique circumstances faced by Outer Cape business owners.
